1. Services Provided

Bayside Plumbing & Roofing offers a range of residential and commercial plumbing and roofing services, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, installations, and renovations. All services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with Australian standards.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions or changes in scope.
  • Additional work not included in the original quote will be charged separately and only commenced upon client approval.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

  • Payments are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For large-scale or staged projects, a deposit or progress payments may be required.
  • Bayside Plumbing & Roofing reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments and pursue recovery costs.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

  • We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials.
  • Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and fixtures used.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or natural events.

6. Access & Safety

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site.
  • Any delays or safety issues that prevent us from completing the work may result in additional charges.

7. Liability

  • Bayside Plumbing & Roofing is fully insured and complies with all relevant regulations.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where otherwise required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Bayside Plumbing & Roofing and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your personal information.

10. Governing Law
